Terms of Use of our CD's and printed material.

RAMA CLINIC produces audio and printed material for the explicit use by our clients only. These audio productions and printed material have been complied specifically for the client to whom it was issued and is intended for the use by that specific client only.

RAMA CLINIC cannot control the use of any CD's or printed material issued to clients or their use by other persons. RAMA CLINIC will not accept any responsibility for the improper or incorrect use of any material that is issued by RAMA CLINIC or their employees to any client.

As the use and application of any audio or printed  material, issued or purchased by a client or any other person, is not within the control of RAMA CLINIC and RAMA CLINIC cannot enforce the conditions under which the material is used, RAMA CLINIC cannot accept responsibility for the success of any application of audio or printed material by any person under any circumstances.

If you proceed to listen to any audio material, CD or DVD or read any printed material that was produced by RAMA CLINIC - you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the client agreement and these conditions. You agree that you consent to or that consent has been given to you to listen to or read this material. You agree that you are aware that this material may contain material that may facilitate you going into a hypnotic trance or trance state. That you will never listen to or read this material while driving, walking or doing any outdoor activity.

If you do not agree with any of the statements above - please refrain from using the material and return such material to RAMA CLINIC.

RAMA CLINIC adheres to the CODE of CONDUCT and ETHIC of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association  (AHA). Any complaints can be addressed to the AHA.
